Crispy Potato Chaat Recipe Crispy Potato Chaat is a quick and delicious Indian snack made with shallow-fried baby potatoes, creamy yogurt, tangy tamarind sauce and simple spices. Stuffed Chillies Recipe 🌶️ 🌟Ingredients - • Big green chillies • 1–2 tbsp gram flour (besan) • Raw peanuts • Cashews • Oil • Mustard seeds • Fennel seeds • Fenugreek seeds • Cumin seeds • Nigella seeds (kalonji) • Turmeric powder • Salt • Red chilli powder • Coriander powder • Garam masala • 2–3 tbsp yoghurt 🌟Method - 1) Wash the chillies, slit them lengthwise, and remove the seeds. 2) Dry roast gram flour on low heat until aromatic (do not change colour). 3) Dry roast peanuts lightly and let them cool. 4) Grind roasted peanuts and cashews into a fine powder. 5) Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, and nigella seeds. 6) Add roasted gram flour, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Method: 1) Dry roast 1 cup semolina on low heat until aromatic. Do not let it change colour. Keep aside. 2) Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Let them splutter. 3) Add 1 teaspoon chana dal and 1 teaspoon white urad dal. Roast until golden brown. 4) Add curry leaves, finely chopped ginger or ginger paste, and finely chopped green chilli. 5) Add finely chopped onion and sauté until transparent. 6) Pour in water in a 3:1 ratio, add salt and a pinch of sugar, and bring to a boil. 7) Lower the flame and slowly add the roasted semolina while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. 8) Cook until all the water is absorbed, then add desi ghee and mix well. 9) Serve hot.
