" Soft & Fluffy Pancakes "

Soft & Fluffy Homemade Pancakes (Serves 4)

These easy homemade pancakes are soft, fluffy, and perfect for breakfast or brunch. Made with simple ingredients and topped with Nutella, they’re a favorite for both kids and adults.

🌟Ingredients👇

• 2 eggs

• 1 cup lukewarm milk (plus extra if needed)

• 1½ cups all-purpose flour

• Salt, to taste

• A few drops of vanilla essence

• ½ teaspoon baking powder

• Butter, for greasing the pan

• Nutella, for spreading

🌟Method👇

1. In a mixing bowl, add the eggs and whisk them well until light and smooth.

2. Pour in the lukewarm milk and whisk again to combine.

3. Add a pinch of salt and a few drops of vanilla essence. Mix well.

4. Gradually add the flour and whisk until the batter is smooth and lump-free.

5. If the batter feels too thick or dry, add a little more milk to adjust it to a medium, pourable consistency. Add the baking powder, mix gently, and let the batter rest for 10 minutes.

6. Heat a pan over medium heat and grease it lightly with butter.

7. Using a scoop or spoon, pour the batter onto the pan to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles appear and the bottom turns golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.

8. Once cooked, remove from the pan, spread Nutella on each pancake, and serve warm.

🍽Serving Suggestion😋

Enjoy these pancakes as they are or top them with fruits, honey, or maple syrup for extra flavor.

Happy cooking! 🥞🍫
