Chilli Potato

After having lots of complement about your cooking, you wants to share your recipes with all so that they can also enjoy their daily life with tasty food.

As you may know that food is not only our daily nessecity but it is related to our mental happiness as well. 

Most of the people agreed with that cooking food by your own with calm mind can reduce tenssions and calming down your mental stress getting with daily routine outgoing work life.

 

Today's recipe is "Chilly Potato"

Honey Chilli Potato

 

Lets start cooking with all the ingredients we need for it.

1)  Cut the potatoes in fries shape and then boil it 50%. Let them cool down a little bit and then add one or two spoons of cornstartch as according to your need and mix it together. After that deep fry them and put it aside.

2)  Make a corn startch slurry with 1 table spoon cornstartch and put it aside.

3) chopped garlic, ginger,  spring oniongreen bell pepper and green chilly.

 

Now start cooking - 

*  Take a wok or a big pan and add little oil to it.

 

Now add - 

* Chopped garlic & ginger

* Chopped spring onion

* Chopped bell pepper

* Chopped green chilly

* Add 4-5 spoons of dark soy sauce as per your need or you can use light soy sauce as well and add 1 or 2 spoons of white vinegar or malt vinegar.

*Add tomato ketchup and chilly sauce

*Add red chilli powder and salt as per your taste

* Now add cornstartch slurry to it and cook it for a while and turn the stove off. Your sauce is ready.

*  At the end deep fry your potatoes second time until light golden brown and make them cool down little bit and then add them to your sauce and sprinkle seasame seed and spring onion on top of it.
