"Sookhe Aloo – The Easiest Potato Stir Fry Recipe"

✨ Ingredients Needed


•Boiled potatoes

•Chopped green chillies

•Chopped fresh coriander

•Oil (for cooking)

•1 tsp cumin seeds

•A pinch of hing (asafoetida)

•½ tsp turmeric

•½–1 tsp red chilli powder

•Salt to taste



🔥 Cooking Process


1. Heat a little oil in a pan.

2. Add cumin seeds and a pinch of hing. Let them splutter.

3. Add the chopped green chillies and sauté for a few seconds.

4. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, and salt.

5. Mix well, then add the boiled potatoes (cut into cubes).

6. Combine everything, cover the pan, and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.

7. Turn off the heat and finish with a generous sprinkle of fresh coriander leaves.
